Here's where you come in

  • To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Rewards Consultant who will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of all remuneration and benefits activity across AustralianSuper.
  • Reporting to the Head of Reward & Analytics, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to work with senior management to shape effective remuneration decisions across all business units.
  • In this role, you will provide advice, support and solutions to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational R&B issues.    In addition, you will collaborate with others to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of key programs of work, including managing the annual remuneration review process in conjunction with other People & Culture colleagues.

You'll need

  • A strong background working as a R&B specialist with a sound knowledge of market benchmarking and job evaluation techniques. This will be coupled with a strong grasp of the legislative, regulatory and taxation requirements as they relate to global remuneration & benefits.
  • You have previously managed or had an active role in operational aspects of R&B, including REM reviews (and have used and HRIS to deliver it).
  • Highly desireable if you have financial industry experience to understand our landscape and brownie points awarded for asset management experience across more commercial environments and reward package design.
  • It is essential you have strong relationship building skills, influencing both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and third party suppliers.
